Professional Session Violinist & Multi-Instrumentalist

Based in Warwickshire, Jools is a versatile professional with over 30 years of experience across live performance, studio recording, and theatre touring. He brings a disciplined, "plug-and-play" approach to every project, whether tracking for chart-topping Americana albums or performing on international festival stages.

Performance & Sessions

Jools’ career is defined by technical adaptability. He has toured the UK as a multi-instrumentalist for the ‘Summer in Nashville’ circuit and performed at the renowned Cropredy Festival. A prolific session artist, his credits include the Top 20 UK Official Americana and Folk charts (Craig Gould) and commercial releases for Warner Chappell (including the album Nostalgic Colors).

Current Projects & 2026 Touring

Julie July Band:

Core member for the 2026 Diamond Rainbows Album Tour, performing original contemporary folk-rock at theatres and festivals across the UK.

Shania - Up! To Now:

Multi-instrumentalist for the Summer in Nashville and Monster Country festival circuits, performing to major outdoor audiences nationwide.

Bad Girls of Country (Handshake Productions):

Touring violinist for the 2026/27 theatre circuit.

Session Recording:

Comprehensive remote and in-studio tracking services for independent artists and commercial labels.
